4. How do I record my bike trips for the Team Bike Challenge?
   1. Recording Trips on the Website
      1. Click on Create a New Ride in the Team Bike Challenge Menu at the top right of the page.
      2. Input the data for the form and then click the Save button at the bottom of the form
      3. Remember, you must record each trip before 11:59pm on the 7th day after it was taken.

5. How do I view/edit my bike trips for the Team Bike Challenge?
   1. Click on View Past Rides in the Team Bike Challenge Menu at the top right of the page
   2. Click edit for the ride you want to change
   3. Make the changes you need to your log
   4. Click Submit your ride!
       
6. How do I delete a bike trip for the Team Bike Challenge?
   1. Click on View Past Rides in the Team Bike Challenge Menu at the top right of the page
   2. Click delete for the ride you want to remove
   3. Click Delete on the confirmation page (This permanently deletes a ride and can't be undone once you confirm)
       
7. How do I see who's on my team?
   1. Click on View my Team in the Team Bike Challenge Menu at the top right of the page
       
8. How do I edit my team's information (name, logo, etc.)?
   1. Click on Edit My Team in Team Bike Challenge Menu
   2. Edit your team information and click Save
       
9. How do I delete my team?
   1. Click on Edit My Team in Team Bike Challenge Menu
   2. click Delete
   3. click Delete on the confirmation page (the deletion is permanent and can't be undone)
       
10. How do I join a team?
    1. You will need to create an account on YouCanBikeThere.com before you can join a team.
    2. Go to http://www.youcanbikethere.com/tbc-signup
    3. Click on Join an Existing Team
    4. Choose the Team Name and input thee Secret Team Word you received from your Team Captain.
11. How do I log my miles if I don't have internet connection?
    1. ReQall is a free service that will remind you to log in your miles the next time you have internet access. You can find instructions on how to use reQall at http://youcanbikethere.com/tbc
